The course was very well organized and logistically impressive. The dynamic interactive scenario simulations helped get sets and reps in a way that would be hard to accomplish in HOT training.

More classes going over IC, and Area Command. Was an awesome class. I appreciate the professionalism of the instructors and all of the equipment used and information.

I felt the talking points regarding things to be aware of during an incident was the most useful. As a dispatcher it helps me to understand what may happen at an active shooter incident.
