The scenarios were good, but could reduce number of scenarios to go over more case studies.

Course was great. Although in may not line up completely with our agenies SOG's, I was still able to take away valuable information. Instructors did a greeat job and displayed a wealth of real world experience in their respective fields.

Practical application was the most valuable part. We tend to learn in theory but that exists in a vacuum. Application is the only way to train on it.

Nothing really. Found everything applicable in some way.

Great use of time and instructional aides. Instructors were very open and encouraged discussion and participation.
